The Three Things We Refuse to Compromise.

Starting from scratch meant we got to build the kitchen exactly the way it should have been built. These three principles are the foundation of every dish we serve.

Every spice is roasted and ground in our kitchen, not bought pre-mixed. Vegetables come in fresh each morning. No artificial colour, no shortcuts, no compromises on the basics.

Time, Not Tricks.

Our dosa batter ferments for 18 hours. Our sambar simmers slowly until it's right, not until the timer ends. Pongal is stirred by hand. Patience is the seasoning.

A Separate Sacred Kitchen.

Our Jain & Satvik menu is prepared in a dedicated space, separate utensils, separate oil, separate prep. No onion. No garlic. No cross-contact. That part actually matters.
