Yes. The Jain and Satvik menu at Sangeetha is prepared in a completely separate kitchen area. Separate utensils, separate oil, and separate prep surfaces are used for every Jain dish. Nothing from the standard kitchen crosses into the Jain preparation area.
Yes. Our Jain sambar is made without onion, garlic, or any root vegetables. It is prepared separately from our standard sambar using dedicated cookware. Every Jain dish at Sangeetha is served with Jain sambar and Jain chutney.
Yes. Every Jain and Satvik dish is cooked in separate oil that is never shared with our standard menu. Utensils, pans, and prep boards used for Jain cooking are kept exclusively for that purpose.
